ALYSSA CASTELLI

Alyssa B. Castelli is an accomplished attorney at Spire Law, based in our Orlando, Florida office. She brings extensive experience in healthcare compliance, intellectual property, and litigation. Alyssa assists businesses and business owners across the United States with a variety of trademark issues, including trademark filings, litigation, and responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Before joining Spire Law, Alyssa worked in-house at a physician group, where she handled healthcare compliance issues, employment disputes, negotiated stock purchase agreements, and reviewed business contracts. Her background also includes assisting attorneys with trademark issues and business litigation matters during her law school tenure.

Alyssa is licensed to practice law in Florida and graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2020, where she served as vice president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Central Florida, providing her with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and law.
