Alyssa B. Castelli is an accomplished Florida-licensed attorney at Spire Law who focuses on civil litigation defense and helping employers, business owners, and organizations navigate complex legal disputes, transactions, and compliance matters. Her practice spans labor and employment law, business contracts and employment agreements, business entity formation, commercial transactions, intellectual property and trademarks, healthcare compliance, and other industry-specific regulatory matters.
Before joining Spire, Alyssa worked in-house for a physician group, where she addressed healthcare compliance matters and employment disputes, negotiated stock purchase agreements, and reviewed business contracts. During law school, she also gained experience assisting attorneys with trademark and business litigation matters.
Alyssa earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2020, where she served as vice president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Central Florida, giving her a distinctive perspective on the intersection of law, business, science, and technology.
