Monica worked in both government and private practice settings, including supporting enforcement efforts at a federal regulatory agency. She has managed a wide range of civil litigation matters, handling all phases of the litigation process—from investigation and discovery through trial and resolution. Her work has included drafting high-level legal motions, conducting depositions, coordinating with expert witnesses, and developing tailored litigation strategies for each case.

Monica’s background also includes work on national class actions and high-stakes disputes involving fraud, malpractice, and commercial contract claims. She is particularly skilled in legal research and writing, bringing a thoughtful and thorough approach to every matter she handles. Monica earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was active in the Journal of International Law and Policy and various public service organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics with an International Studies concentration from Oberlin College.​
